Urban Circle Returns!

Psychological Therapist Dan Owens-Cooper will be leading a mental health group session at Fab Casting Suites.

Dan has had over 12 years’ experience within commercial counselling and psychotherapy service. In addition to his practice, he has collaborated with Reform Radio, holding group sessions discussing mental health over various topics including the difficulties faced within the Art’s Sector.

We understand that being an actor is no easy feat so for our Urban Talent Actors, we are providing this opportunity to offer a safe space for them to open up about any worries or concerns within the industry and how to combat them – from in the room nerves to staying positive.

As always, this is a free session for our actors.
