Thought we’d do some introductions to the team here at Urban Talent – first up is Joi Rouncefield!
Joi graduated from Drama School in 2014 before becoming an Agent’s Assistant across both Lime and Urban Talent in 2016. She is now the Lead Agent at Urban Talent with a select list of actors who work consistently across TV, Film, Stage and Advertising. Joi is most proud of being promoted and trusted with the relaunch of Urban Talent in 2019 and is excited about the continued growth of the agency. 2023 is proving to be a very (very) exciting year for her clients – watch this space! ⚡️

“Dancing. Anything that requires coordination!”

“My Mumma.”
